Made for the pitch.
Group 4 Pitch Comp is a static, scripted demonstration of a proposed trip coordinator. All travelers, responses, dates, lodging, costs, travel times and cancellation terms are fictional. There are no accounts, live agents, supplier integrations, messages, payments or bookings.

Scenario assumptions
- Original: $3,600 condo + $640 private round-trip transfer, divided among eight people = $530.00 each.
- Cancellation: same $4,240 total, divided among seven = $605.71 each, a $75.71 increase. Morgan contributes $0 under this invented scenario.
- Suggested alternative: $3,600 ÷ 7 + $20 public-transit allowance = $534.29 each. No airport route or fare is asserted as verified.
- Cheaper lodging: $2,800 ÷ 7 + $20 transit = $420.00 each, assuming the original lodging can be fully refunded with no penalty.
- Local transit is modeled at $0. Travel time, schedules, accessibility, capacity, taxes, fees and cancellation terms all require real checks before travel.
- Flights, lift tickets, equipment, food, taxes and fees are outside these subtotals. No student discount is included or confirmed.
- Calculations use unrounded values; displayed component amounts may differ from the subtotal by one cent.
- All approvals are simulated. Reloading or resetting clears demo responses. No traveler information is collected or saved.
